Closed for extended period during working hours

<p> Arrived Bayside branch at 16h25 today. Store locked with sign saying will return at 16h35. Waited until 17h00. Nobody came back. Tried to ring Verimark head office. Was kept holding for extended period. All round terrible and unprofessional service. Verimark..may I have a job please, I need the sleep? </p>
