Cannot get spares for Vermark electrical applicances in Namibia

Useless company. Sells its Vermark brand in Namibia and then has no agent in the country to get spares from. I purchased a vacuum cleaner for N$3,000 and from a large furniture chain store in Namibia, now I cannot get a spare filter for the vacuum cleaner. This is totally unacceptable. I will never purchase another Verimark item again and will tell other people not to either.
