Cannot clean the pan
I bought a Bauer Pan. I cannot find anywhere to contact Bauer. It has been a struggle to clean the pan. The word BAUER in the middle of the pan. I have to use a toothbrush to try to clean. Can I exchange this pan for another Bauer without the word in the middle? Pieces of old food can make us very sick.

I didn't ask for a recoat as this will not remove the name in the middle of the pan. Or exchange for another pan without the name in the middle.

You need to soak your Bauer pan in warm water and wash it with s****ge and sunligh liquid to rid of dirt in your Bauer pan

I use the sponge, warm water and washing liquid.
How should I clean the food stuck between the name BAUER? Since the sponge cannot clean there.
The typical issues are with the character, B, A and R.
