Below standard genesis cyclovac

I had purchased a genesis cyclovac from game galleria in June 2019. In December 2019 the vacuum stopped working and it was given to the store for an assessment. A person from the game store advised that the motor of the vacuum needed to be replaced. The vaccum was not even 6 months old and barely used.

I had refused what the representative of gamehad told me and insisted on a new unit alternatively my money back.

The game representative called back the next day advising that they will not give me a refund or a new unit and will only attend to repair the unit.

Clearly verimarks standards have dropped considerably. They are manufacturing products that are not worth being on the market.

Disappointed consumer.
