Bauer Verimark pan

I exchanged my refurbished 28 cm Bauer pan today at the Verimark Bloemfontein store. This pan was the very old Bauer with the wood handle. Normally the non stick lasts for about 18 odd months. This particular pan was exchanged on the 29 February 2020. We are proud users of the Bauer pans and our home has all the sizes. Not happy with the store, I called Verimark customer care and their response was that the pan was used on high heat and was burnt. Being very long term users of the product, we exchanged about 5 such pans-our concern is that in about 4 months the non stick ability was lost. Having full experience with these pans for over 13 years allows us the latitude to be able to know how the works and if there is a defect. I conclude by saying that Verimark should have the decency to do a NC replacement noting that the pan was not even 4 months in use. Mr Singh. ***
