Bauer Pan gone missing

<p>I bought a Bauer pan last year July. In March this year the coating had come off and I took it back to the store on the 19th March. They told me it had to be sent away to be checked, despite being under warranty, to make sure I hadn't destroyed the pan. I Was told it would take 2 weeks. I accepted. Now 6 weeks later I haven't heard a word from anyone. The Cresta branch have no idea where my pan is and say they can only call on Monday to find out what is happening. Firstly for a supposedly indestructible pan to be ruined after 10months and for someone to then have no idea where it and not bother to get back to me after so long I think is unacceptable. </p>
