Bauer pan

Some months ago I wrote to hallopeter about the Bauer pan which loses its non stick properties after a few months. Verimark eventually replaced the pan at no charge but again after a few months everything is sticking . Should they not offer a refund if the pan doesn't do what it's advertised to do. All I've been offered is the chance to trade it in again on a re coated pan at the normal charge.
