Bauer Pan

I am very disappointed in verimark as I had my bauer pan recoated last year and paid R280 for it. The quality is not as good as the original one that I had for years. I contacted them to complain about the pan that I had recoated and my stuff sticks to the pan. They inform me that If i do not have my slip they cannot help me I must pay R280 again. The sad thing is if I had known in the first place that this would happen to my pan I would of gone to pay money on a cheaper and better quality pan. I would just like to know how many people out there buy pans and keep the slips for it. You can clearly see it is a bauer pan. I will never buy one again or pay money to have it recoated again. If you have it recoated and you have not had problems with it you are very unhappy. I always though Verimark was so good and listened to there clients but I guess I was wrong

Dear Lisa,

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the Bauer pans to never warp, buckle or bend. The coating on the pan is also guaranteed to not bubble, chip or peel off under normal conditions. For a lifetime of cooking bliss we also offer a guarantee that should your pan require a recoat we will offer this at a nominal fee.

This recoat is guaranteed for a period of 1 year to not bubble, chip or peel. As discussed in our email correspondence, unfortunately without the proof of purchase we cannot validate the guarantee period, unless you made use of the guarantee registration tool on our website where you can register your guarantee online.

Kind regards,

Verimark Team
