Bastille pots, worst ever!
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a set off Bastille pots from a Verimark store in Mosselbay in January 2015! These pots were bad from the beginning! I have loged a complain with Verimark just for them to come back to me and tell me my normal electricity stove are to hot! Worst excuse ever! The big pot bottom made a wobble and other pots are burning on so there are nothing they can help me with! I can't think that I ever heard in my live that a stove is to hot, could have expect this from cheap set of pots but not expensive ones as this!!! </p>

Thank you taking the time to bring your complaint to our attention on Hellopeter.
As per our telephonic discussion yesterday we will be exchanging the faulty units. We will also include an instructional manual as our assessment report showed it could be damaged due to high heat.
We do advise in our instructional manual to use on low heat and should the temperature gauge exceed 80C the food will burn and the plate should be switched off.
