Bastille Pot temperature lid handles
I was given brand new Bastille Pots from Verimark about two years ago. The temperature guage on two of the pots are showing false temperatures. I went to Verimark to have the two units replaced only to be told that the temerature lid handles has only a 3 year guarentee and you need to produce a slip in order to have them replaced. I don't have a slip and I was told that if I want to have them replaced then I have to purchase new ones. I have searched to see if there is any truth behind the 3 year guarentee on the lid handles and nowhere can I find it. I am very dissappointed in Verimark and how they expect you to keep a till slip for three years is actually absurd. Even more absurd is the fact that it was a gift to me, so how am I supposed to have an invoice.
