Bastille Cookware Verimark - do not trust their so-called life time guarentee!

Don't believe in a life time guarentee presented by Bastille Cookware and Verimark. My Bastille Pot Handles all came loose with some srews now missing. In July 2022 I took two of my pots with loose hanles to Verimark and requested the handles to be fixed with replacement *****s. These *****s cannot be found anyware - believe me I've searched everywhere! I was contacted by Bastille with a quotation of R1210 for the two pots to be replaced, since they claim they cannot fix the handles and don't have replacement *****s that I can buy. Now Bastille informs me that the handles are not guarenteed and that they can only replace the pots if I'm willing to pay for the new pots. What is the use of their so-called guarentee? Is it just a sceme to make more money out of customers who already invested in their pots?
