Bad service Verimark

I bought a vacuum cleaner at our Pick & Pay. This is actually a Verimark product. 9 months later it started giving problems. Took it back to Pick & Pay but was told it has to be sent away. 4 weeks later still not picked up by Verimark. 4 weeks and 3 days it was picked up. 10 days later no word from Pick & Pay or Verimark. Worst service so far for me.
