Bad service of female staff member turned around by FANTASTIC service by Jodi

The Blue Route store's female staff member....GRRRR!! Firstly, with the Bissell Big Green Clean Machine no longer on the market it is a hassle getting simple casters and a hose. On top of it that female staff member never phoned me when my ordered parts didn't arrive from Jnb as she put in the wrong code, resulting me going to the store twice as she didn't have the courtesy to return my calls. Here comes my HERO - Jodi, not only was he helpful and polite, he rummaged through their stock and found me the casters I need. Jodi...Thank you, you are a SUPER STAR!!!
