Bad return policy
Bought a toy,it worked for a few days then it packed up,I returned it after 31 days,then I'm told they have a 14 day exchange plan,it doesn't state on the till slip nor the box,the sales lady also didnt advise me on the guarantee,how am I expected to know that,verimark is misleading customers
