Bad quality product and worse service ever
I have never in my life experience such a bad product like the Genesis Cordless Turbo Vac. I am still in my 24 month warranty period and have returned the machine 3 times already for repairs. I bought it originally for my mom who is 85 for the carpets in her apartment. When I took the machine back to Makro Strubensvalley today for the 4th time, I was told, by the very rude Verimark employee that the machine is for tiles only!!! I was so shocked at his answer. I will make sure that I tell the world and social media about Verimark and Makro Strubensvalley. It is disgusting!!!!
