Bad Quality

I bought a Floorwizz Butterfly Mop less than a year ago. I had to buy a new sponge for it twice already because the sponge keeps on coming loose. This is suppose to be Verimark, such good quality. I've send them 2 emails already for someone to contact me but NOBODY has come back to me. According to me, this mop has a 1 year warranty.
