Bad product & service

Bought a Genesis CycloVac fro Makro after the sales person said that there is a 1 year guarantee and that should something go wrong I will get a refund. After 4 months and 8 uses the motor start burning! Took it back and said I want refund/credit in order to buy a known brand vacuum. They insisted that it be send for evaluation and will report back within 3 days. After 9 days I went to Makro and enquired where I was told the machine was fixed and can collect tomorrow (let's see). I again requested that I want a credit but to no avail! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIEM WITH THESE PRODUCT - AS BAD AS THEIR SERVICE!
