Bad product

<p>To Whom It May Concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>We ourchased the Maxxus 800 from you a few years back, used it for +- a year and then put it into storage as it wasnt being used. Pulled it out and its completely dead, send it to a store to be checked and it turns out this a common problem with these machines and its going to cost between R1000-R1600 to fix - Thanks for nothing, its barely worth that anymore so we may as well chuck it on the ******* dump! I am so over products designed to last a short lifetime and the fact that it happens often is actually quite shocking because I'm not just an unlucky customer to get a dud (which I understand does happen) but to pay R8000 for this! NEVER AGAIN! </p>
