Bad customer service

Verimark , This branch is not helpful at all. I have a hydrovac Plus vacuum which always need parts to be replaced. I cannot gets the parts, from this branch, the sales person says no stock, cannot order must go to another branch,, why is this branch open if it is not useful to its customers, as for the whatapps numbers, it's 1 month now and no reply from them. Pease send your staff for training in using the system so that they know how to order and keep stock on all replacement parts , I have been trying for the last 2yrs to get parts, it's ridiculous
