Bad customer experience by Virginia

Bought an iron in November and in January it stopped working i took it back and after 21 days was given a defective iron still and was assisted by Viggy who was rude to me and was very rude and abusive to her colleagues Willy also....I am uninspired.. Verimark Mall of the north
