BAD ATTITUDE / BAD PRODUCT

Judging by the number of complaints listed on this website, I should have viewed these results before embarking on a purchase from Verimark, who seems to be going the same direction as G....mail. Approximately two hours ago I exchanged my older Bauer pan for a newly coated one and paid up an amount of R280. On my arrival at home I proceeded to wash the pan with hot water and antibacterial liquid wash. When drying the pan I was amazed at the number of places on the rim which showed signs of metal, obviously the result of poor coating, despite Verimark's claims to the quality of their product. Back into the car, using my petrol and time to call on the outlet. Well, this is where the fun begins. The lady, I assume she is the franchisee, attacked my integrity by insinuating that I had damaged the pan when washing. Further more she ripped out a bunch of similar pans, which, not to her surprise carried the same metal marks, poor quality coating again. She then proceeded to blame the supplier, I wonder if she realises that she represents Verimark and not the supplier, so if they stock ******* then don't blame the supplier. Reluctantly, I opted to exchange for a similar pan. Why, ???
