all i want to do is buy a hose pipe for a genisis hydrovac plus

my parents are wanting to buy a new hose pipe for the genesis hydrovac plus as the existing pipe is damaged. we went to the phoenix plaza verimark to possibly buy one. we spoke to the manager by the name of aboo who said he will order one and this is from November 2018. we have been to the store on numerous occasions and was then informed that we need to call the head office on zero one one six nine nine eight zero zero zero and we spoke to nomphanbazo who said she needs pictures. she gave a whatsapp number zero eight two seven eight six zeven triple four. sent her the pictures and then she replies back that we can get it from the verimark store. we are now tired and all we want to do is buy a hose pipe for the genesis hydrovac plus. can someone please help as we are based in phoenix durban.
