Aftersale service very bad

I used to tell people that Verimark after sale service is terrific, not any more. My sweeper, they could not fix, although the lady told me to bring it in, and they do something with the battery, to fix the charging problem, I went through all the trouble, and they could not fix it. The Verimark cyclovac, we used six times (over a large period of time) and it broke. When I wanted to take it in, the Woodlands Verimark was close, sign says 5 minutes, waited half hour, and eventually left. Their support system has has gone very bad, you cannot trust the brand anymore.
