Good day i bought a Genesis cyclovac vacuum cleaner and there is no after sales service for their product. For the last 3 months i can not find a replacement filter for my vacuum cleaner at any verimark outlet but they are still selling the machines. Is this a case of incompetence???? thanks Albert vaan der Burg cell *** ***
