0 in 1 steam mop

<p>This so called steam mop does not work at all. I drove thru to George (130km) to purchase this item. Arrived home (130km again) plugged it in... Does not work. Phoned the verimark department at garden route game,where I purchased it, and the lady told me that I can exchange it at Mosselbay. I drove thru to Mosselbay (90km) and got it exchanged. The lady there told me,no need to test it,the new one will work,the box is still sealed. So,got home (90km) again. Plugged the new unit in,it does not work at all.it doesnt even turn on. Very bad experience. </p>
