Unauthorised Debitor

I just received an email from my bank that *verigonltdafricamed* has debitted my account (R99) . I have no idea who they are or how they got to debit my account. This is the second ********** incident am dealing with now.

I have never signed any agreement nor have i agreed to any telephonically.

Now my bank will charge me for reversal request and bank fees .

Can someone assist in find out who this company is and why they debitted my account, please.
