Appalled

Vericred had me pay twice for an account. It was settled twice and today in my mailbox I find that they sent me R34 balance on the account. They want me to pay that money. The lady that’s responsible for the account never answers the phone or call back when she is back at work. Her name is Marcia Lepholletsa.
