Wrong listing on a credit profile

Can you please remove the listing of missed payment under my credit report,I have never skip any payments but it shows that January had one missed payment march I have two missed payments for fishing group. I called 5 times today and they saw that I didn’t missed any payments they said RABEYA is the person who was working on my profile. Can you please send a letter so that they can remove that incorrect information
