WORST EVER, wake up Ampath and get a new debt controller!
cant understand the guy and what he is trying to say over the phone, then i dont hear from them for 4 months (no statements, messages etc). then i get a phone call, telling me i owe R441.00. Eventually i told them how their system works and now i dont owe anything. If i gave in and just paid???? they would have taken my money!!!!????

Please take cognisance that you were duly contacted regarding the overdue account which was handed over already in May 2019 and which you have not made any payments for over three months. Be that as it may, please take cognisance that when payment was eventually made, it was directly to our client, not VeriCred's bank account which would have reflected immediately. Our client only forwarded the payment file on 18 September soo the account updated later at the end of the day and has been finalised. Thank you.
