Worst Call Cantre People EVER
<p>This company has been harrassing me with tuition fees from 2012 - I have explained to them that my parents are the people they should be calling. It has been 2 years now since they started calling me, I swear it is like these people are not hearing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I got a call from this very rude lady, wow I have never been that angry over the phone, anyway I gave her my bit as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vericred you are the worst at what you do, your people's phone s****s are terrible and your clients should know that. I really feel sorry for the people you repersent. STOP CALLING MY PHONE!</p>
Thank you for your report. Further to your comments, we hereby wish to formerly state that the account in question is in the name of CHRIS BALENI, and not in the name of 'your parents'. Under the circumstances, if you are this 'CHRIS BALENI', (SEC BALENI) you will thus still be contacted regarding your overdue CUT account until paid in full, irrespective if your parents should pay as you claim. If they are to pay your outstanding account, it is an internal agreement between you and them, but you as the account holder are ultimately liable and responsible to arrange payment with them. on tyour account If you are not the account holder, please advise urgently in order to have the details amended as received from our client CUT. In the interim it is clear that the account holder, if it is you, will be contacted with regards to your own outstanding account. until settled. Be that as it may, all our calls are recorded and it is evident that whenever you are being called for payment on your own account, you either drop the phone or are very rude to the agents. In conclusion, the overdue account of CUT which was handed over for collection, is in your own name, not that of your parents, and should they not make any payment, you will still be contacted by VeriCred for your outstanding account.
