What pathetic unprofessional staff

I have been receiving a sms on the hour every hour saying I have an outstanding account. this has been continuous since yesterday afternoon. After calling vericred I spoke to a very rude gentleman (An idiot) who wouldn't give me his name saying the smses will not stop and will continue on the hour every hour until the amount is settled. This is harassment and I will be logging a formal complaint. Get your staff trained up on some common etiquette maybe you will get more customers willing to settle their outstanding debts.
