Well done Vericred.
I would like to thank Evelyn (spelling) and her team at Vericred for all their help settling my account. I phoned in because I was unsure if I used the correct account number when making the payment and they were all quick to help me and put me at ease. Having worked in customer service myself for almost 5 years I know that have went out of their way expecting nothing in return but customer satisfaction. Good work ladies.
