We need a clearance letter

Good day

I paid up my wife's credit with Vericred. We where told we will receive the clearance letter after 35 days. The days have since lapsed. We are getting sent from pillar to post now that we want the letter. We need the clearance letter not the zero balance statement they sent us.

We have sent emails but they dont respond, we call they will say they will call back but to no avail.

The service and attitude we currently receiving from them is extremely bad. As i write this letter they had said they sent the clearance letter on 2 September , now in the morning they say they will send after 18 September 2019.

Can you see how irritating they provider can be? an hour ago they said they are sending the letter .. But then they send an email saying the person who was assisting us in still in training and knows nothing.. I mean after all this time waiting and you tell us she knows nothing?

I am disgusted to say the least.....
