VrediCredit not settling account
Hi there, I've paid an RCS account in full in February 2022 and yet I'm receiving emails and sms to pay up this account. When trying to call them, your call gets bounced around. Please respond so I can have my paid letter.

Your account was paid up in accordance with a discount offered by our client. However, they have subsequently handed the discount amount over again for collection due to the account not being journalised accordingly. As a result we have taken it up again with them in this regard to rectify.
