Very bad service from vericred

I have been taken from pillar to post waiting for a paid up letter from vericred,my account was paid up in July and I even over paid for that matter. The is no updates on my credit record of this information, it even shows that the last payment made was in March which is not true. The customer service agents don't have answers and hang up on you when you demand answers.They need to update my credit record to paid up and remove the account, dealing with them is stressful. I did not haven't to go through this with Daly they instantly updated my credit record once I was done paying without me asking them too.
