Vericredit demands money with no arrangement or resolution
Proof and evidence was sent through to Manager Lesley D at Vericredit, as instructed by Chanel who made contact with me, I had followed the necessary steps to cancel my fibre with VOX, who failed to complete the cancellation and handed me over to Vericredit, and i supp**** all comms and emails to Lesley, but VeriCredit now sends me a statement saying i must pay a debt as arranged with them, when there was never an arrangement made or discussed. I tried calling vericredit, but i get transferred from pillar to post with no resolution.
I need some urgent resolution with my matter as i cannot be held liable for another company not following instruction and Vericredit not assisting in resolving the matter, but now demanding money from me

Be that as it may, the allegations as per your review was duly investigated with our client. Please take cognisance that they have subsequently rep**** that the account is due and payable and that they have duly communicated this to the account holder via email.
In view of the above, VeriCred will thus continue to collect on the outstanding account until such time that the account is settled in full, inclusive of the collection fees accrued in the collection processes.
