Vericredit collectors
Hi I had MTN account that I badly paid so it handed over to Vericredit collection. They contacted me and we made arrangements and I started paying them via EFT. In the long run we made arrangements again to say they are going to debit on my account. They started debiting until last August 2022 . I assumed that the account is paid up. January 2023 Nimble GROUP collectors phoned me saying I'm owing MTN, I told that I hv been paying that account with Vericredit, when I contacted VERICREDIT they said that account was taken them I asked me why didn't you tell me and what about the money that you have been taking from me, they didn't answer. Please Help

Your account was closed, withdrawn and given back to Mtn (our client) on 24/08/2022. There was however still an outstandinjg balance at the time of closure hence the reason that they handed you to another agency. All monies paid by you to Vericred before the account was closed were duly paid over to our client.
In conclusion, you still had an outstanding balance when the account was retracted and given to another agency to collect. The account in question is thus no longer with us, for any further enquiry regarding your account, please contact Mtn and Nimble group.
