Vericred unproffesional idiots
Vericred is an unproffesional company, while i was on the phone with one of their consultant explaining the situation, she just dropped the phone on me, how pathetic.

We always endeavor to act in a professional manner and to give the highest level of service and not to be 'idiots' as you claim after one call was alledgedly dropped. Kindly take cognisance that there is a time limit placed on all calls whereby a call would end after a certain period due to the extreme high volumes on a daily basis and was not done intentally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
Our records reflect that there is a total of 2 (TWO) of your outstanding and overdue accounts which were handed over for collection already in January and July 2021 respectively, of which you have made no payment to date on any of these accounts. Under the circumstances VeriCred Collections wil continue to collect the outstanding monies on our clients' instruction until both the accounts are paid in full, inclusive of the legal collection fees accrued in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998.
