VERICRED UNPROFESSIONALISM

By far the most unorganized and unprofessional company I ever came across. I paid an Ampath account bill with a reference number they gave me but they keep calling me saying I have not made payment yet. They send different reference numbers for payments and now they cannot trace the payment even after I sent them proof of payment and now they keep increasing the amount as if I never paid. I personally think this company must be placed under investigation for their shady procedures which currently looks like it's a norm with everyone complaining about them and they don't bother to reply or address these issues. They are very rude and unprofessional on the phone as well. If my credit score is affected by them at the credit bureau I will sue them for sure

Hello GEE S M*********, further to your comments, pelase take cognisance of the following to set the record straight: Our records reflect that you had a total of FOUR (4) overdue and outstanding pathologist accounts which you did not pay and which were handed over to a debt collector for collection. The fact of the matter is you only paid three yet there is clearly still an outstanding account which requires payment by you. Please note that, contrary to your allegations, you paid a PATHCARE account in February and NOT an Ampath account as you allege which was handed over in January.
Under the circumstrances we shall arrange for an agent to forward you the details of the outstanding account to be paid. However, if you have paid already as you claim on this forum, we amicably  request that you forward the relavant proof in this regard as a matter of urgency to investigate accordingly and to finalise your outstanding account.. Thank you
