Vericred tormenting me for a debt that does not exist, *****!!!

I have been tormented by vericred three times with calls that inform me of an amount (+6000) that I owe Germiston Medicross as from 2018 June. The last call that I remember was from a female called neli who was not able to give me details with regard to the department at which the debt was made and as well as the procedure. she rather insisted on that an email was sent to my email address that she read to me correctly and reinforced that I was going to be charged for receiving a second email. Up to date, no email has been sent to me, no such even in my spam folder. I called Medicross Germiston accounts department theatre as my daughter was once there in 2017 June for a procedure of which its levy, I settled (confirmed with Dr Scheepers offices). I was informed that the debt was not with them, also dental and GP's departments confirmed that the debt was not with them. Vericred seems to be trying some ***** with me
