Vericred the very unprofessionals
Vericred is very ***********. They have me running around after them for a simple paid up/settlement letter. I have been calling them for 3weeks now and they keep telling me that they have sent it but I have not received anything even now, at first they all kept " requesting the letter from the head department " everyday for the whole 2 weeks and on the 3rd week they all say it is sent but I can't find it.when I ask for it to be resent they tell me they don't deal with those but when I ask for the numbers of head of department they say they don't have them...in very unhappy, they are not professional
