Vericred. Stop harassing me. Lies!
My husband and I have been harassed by numerous agents from Vericred for 2 or so years, claiming that my Dr's office handed our account to them...claiming 3 different accounts.
Last month upon visiting the Dr we learn that they removed their books from Vericred a long time ago and that they have no record of us owing such monies to date. Which means any payments I made to Vericred were actually not supposed to be made.
My husband informed the last agent to call a fee weeks ago of this and threatened to take Vericred to the Credit Ombudsman and guess what? No more calls... Well until this morning.
STOP HARASSING US!!! Take it up with the Dr who claims we don't owe anything.

We would like to state the fact that the doctor in question handed your overdue accounts over and instructed us to collect. Our records reflect that only one account was settled and there is still 3 (THREE) outstanding. We were never informed by the relevant doctor that the accounts are paid as is claimed nor did we receive any proof in this regard to be able to verify.
Be that as it may, please note that we will liaise with our client and investigate the allegations if all accounts are indeed settled.
In the interim a "HOLD" was placed on the three outstanding accounts pending feedback and clarity received from the relevant doctor.

Please note that we have eventually received feedback from your doctor today who has confirmed that it was an error on their side and that the accounts are no longer outstanding.
