Vericred Staff ***********

A few months ago i spoke to a lady called Agnes regarding an Ampath account that was handed over with out my knowledge and i was paying the account. According to all my payments my outstanding balance is R3. I spoke to the manager called Nelly and explain the situation in which she confirmed that she will write off the balance. Since then till now im still receiving sms's and calls regarding this account and the lady called Agnes refuses to pull the recordings for the call that was made. I always have to make contact with this company and not one person wants to do their jobs.
