I paid off my account and was promised to get a zero statement letter that will be sent via email. I have called them more than 5 times and they kept on forwarding my calls to "Ntombi" at Randburg but calls never go through. I was also supposed to receive a letter on the 15 of November that states that I have paid up my account so that the institution can clear my name from the list that owes.When I call them they hang up calls but they had the Audicity to call twice a month when they wanted my money.

We note that your overdue account was handed over for collection in 2019 by the University and subsequently settled end of October 2021. Kindly note that the institution blacklisted you once you defaulted with payment.
