VeriCred / PathCare Terrible
Terrible service. First call I got told I needed to pay a R24 fee for an invoice, which is ridiculous charging people in debt more money, makes no sense. Then I get continuous calls when I tell them I will not pay my account until I see an invoice as proof that this is a legit call and company but they have failed to send me one, the agent also confirmed that there is no fee for an invoice so????. The next call I ask them to confirm my email address which was spelt wrong, it gets corrected and they still cant send it to me. I phoned PathCare to confirm they are associated with Vericred which was confirmed so i try to call vericred to get the invoice and banking details but all their numbers do not work! How is this company running like this !!!! your supposed to collect the money not stop us from paying the money!!!! ridiculous
