Vericred not updating my payments on credit bereau.
I have been paying my Fundi Capital account that was handed over to Vericred for more than 6 months now, but they are not updating my payments on credit bereau, i even increased my installment from R300 to R800. So it looks like i'm not paying the account. Kindly assist in this matter.

21 Aug 2020, 13:43Good day MALOSE, VeriCred is a collection company and not responsible to update your credit record as we did not blacklist you. FUNDI Capital is supposed to do that as you were listed prior to handover. Kind regards
