Vericred not assisting a 72year old

My father (72) paid a bank trhough them in full. I am asking since April for a paid up letter, NOTHING till today. I have proof of emails sent to them, nothing coming back from their side. Every month I do follow ups, they just dont care.They now claim its the banks fault. I get no answers. No paid up letter, no letter stating what the problem is, nothing. Another attorney summonsed him for the same account. There is a warrant out now. How is a 72year old now going to jail for an account he already paid and doesnt get anything from vericred.
