VERICRED - NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER

I have been trying to get to speak to someone from Vericred from yesterday (18/9) morning. If I have phoned once I have phoned a dozen times - spoken to Simon and Sifiso - left messages for Spencer (who I believe is not the correct person to speak to) and was going to be put through to Zinhle. Guess what - got cut off before I could get through to her. Done with trying to get hold of Vericred. Going to take it to the Council for Debt Collectors.
