Vericred - Misleading

They send 2 different statements and the client portal showing different amounts as well. My payments are not reflecting anywhere. And in the threatening letter to legal steps, it states that they made several attempts to contact me? When I whatsapp them, they ignore me. The client service is VERY BAD and no one talks to you. Where is my payments? Please do not use this business to assist with debt collection, it will really be a big mistake.
