We have paid our account over R25 000 and sent 3 emails and called 10 times the staff is extremely rude and drops Calls we have been asking for a letter of confirmation that the account is paid In order for Ufs to release degree certificate but vericred is not giving feedback instead they send us unpaid sms's and keep adding interest on the account
